A comedy walkabout shadow puppet show with live singing of original  music performed with a mobile shadow theatre in a suitcase. A truly nonsensical story with food for clothes, “beasticles, birdlings and boys”€� and what happens when the two come together.

A one person walkabout act.

Suitable for all ages

Mobile battery operated P.A. available.

Each show lasts 5-10min but can be performed multiple times in a set.

Rough Magic Theatre’s Shadow Puppet Suitcase Theatre provides a unique experience for the audience.  A Shadow Puppet Theatre made from a suitcase is worn by the performer in the fashion of a street vendors tray. The puppetry equivalent of a one man band! 

Each show features a delightful shadow puppet performance together with live music and a mobile theatre which really does bring the show to you!

 “Jabberwocky!”, is suitable for Medieval, Victorian, Childrens Literature and Halloween themed events with corresponding performance costumes.
